“I learned how to bike when I was in Grade 3. I was 9 years old at that time. For me, biking is healthy exercise for the mind, the body, and the spirit. It burns your calories and at the same time it allows you to experience the world around you in a new way.
When I’m not biking, you will usually find me playing the piano (and the guitar on rare occasions), reading a good book, writing, or making either pancakes or blueberry cheesecake (so I can eat them later).”

“I learned how to bike when I was still in high school. One of the many reasons why I love riding a bike is that it makes me realize that every day is an opportunity to do better for myself and for the environment. Every bike ride of the Psychology Volunteers on Bikes was actually a learning experience for me as I discovered more about the different places in Cebu. What keeps me busy aside from biking are my extra-curricular activities particularly with UPPsyMA which is a course-based org and SAGABAY which is a socio-civic org.”
