The Psychology Volunteers on Bikes represented by Core Group members Edna Lee, Mishka Watin and Monica Manluluyo facilitated a laughter yoga exercise routine at the University of the Philippines Cebu Union Building during the Gender Sensitivity Training for UP Cebu Employees convened by the UP Cebu GAD Office, the All UP Worker’s Union and the Office of Anti-Sexual Harassment.

Handshake laugh – The people part of the inner circle shake hands with their counterparts in the outer circle while laughing. Then the ones in the inner circle move on to the person beside their counterparts in the outer circle and so on and so forth.
